Job Title: Architectural Drafter

We are seeking a skilled drafter with expertise in Revit to produce detailed construction drawings, specifications, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver accurate and purposeful production of architectural drawings and specifications using Revit.
  • Develop construction detailing and spec sheets that meet project requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate design feasibility and accuracy.
  • Effectively revise and update drawings based on feedback and design changes.
  • Ensure all drawings comply with project requirements, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation for efficient access and reference.
  • Conduct quality checks on drafting work to guarantee precision and adherence to design intent.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience using Revit for drafting and detailing.
  • Extensive experience in construction detailing and preparing spec sheets.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other drafting tools such as AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design and construction processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with project teams.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with project management software for tracking design progress.
  • Familiarity with sustainable design and green building practices.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
