As a Solar Energy Solutions Developer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing solar energy solutions for Entoria Energy's customers in Asia Pacific.
About Us:Entoria Energy is a global private developer, investor and operator of renewable energy solutions. We specialize in photovoltaic power generation and energy storage projects, from design, planning and financing to construction and operation. Our current pipeline under development exceeds 2 GW in more than 10 countries.
Job Description:The main role of this position is to:
- Develop and implement solar energy solutions for Entoria Energy's customers in Asia Pacific;
- Carry out preliminary analysis of new projects, including design, costing, and technical specifications;
- Provide technical review of contractor documents during construction and execution;
- Oversee procurement of main equipment and ensure compliance with Entoria's standards;
- Define engineering standards and standardised system design guidelines.
You will be responsible for managing the engineering team, conducting site visits and site surveys, analysing and interpreting information received from clients, and ensuring compliance of technical and customer service standards to Entoria's policy.
Requirements:- Bachelors/Diploma in Engineering, with electrical and/or energy specialization;
- Experience with AutocCAD software;
- Adept in Microsoft Tools, including Excel and PowerPoint;
- Min 5 years' experience in design and implementation of photovoltaic installations, hybrid energy systems, grid-connected or off-grid systems is preferred;
- Able to establish credibility with senior professionals and business partners;
- Entrepreneurial personality, self-starter, result-oriented;
- Team player but also have the confidence to work on his/her own on a wide range of tasks and projects;
- Strong English communication, meeting and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Interest in working with a global team;
- Has understanding of regional utility (SEA) interconnections, metering requirements and data systems;
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving;
- Knowledge of project budget process and tools;
- Multi-tasking ability (prioritize, organise, schedule work).
