Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Tondo, Manila branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service;
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the branch's customer base and improve market share;
  • Manage branch financials, including expense control;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements;

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 4 years' experience as a Branch Manager in any financial institution. You should have a strong sales and marketing orientation and knowledge of branch operations.

Additional Information

This position will work with a commercial bank in the Philippines. The work location is Tondo, Manila, and the working set-up is onsite. The work schedule is Mondays to Fridays.
