Senior Information Security Analyst.


About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Information Security Analyst to assist in security assessments, audits, and vulnerability scans. The successful candidate will monitor security events and incidents, escalating issues and contributing to containment efforts.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough security assessments and risk analysis to identify vulnerabilities and provide actionable recommendations for remediation
  • Maintain vigilance through monitoring security logs and incident response systems to detect potential threats
  • Collaborate with the security team to develop and implement robust security policies and procedures
  • Participate in security awareness training and education programs to enhance employee knowledge
  • Stay current with emerging security threats and best practices through ongoing professional development

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or information assurance
  • At least 3 years of experience in information security, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role
  • Proficiency in security frameworks, regulations, and industry standards
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field
  • Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Security+ or CEH
