Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Ortigas. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients.

About the Role

This is a morning-to-mid shift position that requires onsite/hybrid work setup. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in customer technical support and technical communication, with a strong background in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to all customer requests and inquiries via email, phone, and other channels.
  • Accurately respond to clients' questions and provide complete resolution to their technical issues.
  • Actively participate in company training and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Strong written and vocal English communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with basic phone etiquette and excellent listening skills.
  • Open to working onsite.
