The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contract administration, reporting, and data entry. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders, including vendors, internal teams, and management. Proficiency in Oracle and other relevant software systems is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Admin Support: Assist in onboarding new vendors, terminating existing vendors in Oracle, and ensuring data accuracy related to contract renewals, auto-renewals, changes, NDAs, and amendments.
- Data Entry and Maintenance: Maintain Oracle vendor profiles, perform necessary data entries, extract and analyze data as requested by the accounting or procurement department.
- Reporting and Reconciliation: Support Oracle reporting requirements, reconcile data for risk management (VendMinder), accounts payable (Oracle), and vendor management systems (Outsystems).
- General Procurement Support: Assist in managing the increased volume of procurement activities, including vendor management system data entries and maintenance, negotiation and contract support, and providing status reports.
