Job Title: Operations Reporting Supervisor- Remote

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Reporting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in Power BI and KPI reporting using Excel, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key business metrics, including KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Reporting Development: Create and maintain KPI reports using Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and advanced formulas.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability.
  • Report Maintenance: Maintain and update existing reports based on evolving business needs.
  • User Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI and Excel reporting tools.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence.
  • Power BI Skills: Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
  • Excel Skills: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including KPI dashboards, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and advanced formulas and macros.
  • Database Knowledge: Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
  • ETL Experience: Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts is preferred.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
