Job Description:

As a key member of our team, this role will assist with implementation projects, perform data validation, and collect information from the HRIS vendor.

Responsibilities:
  1. Implement project to move HRIS in-house by performing data validation and collecting information as requested.
  2. Maintain payroll compensation database in its current state and ensure accuracy.
  3. Track contractual payments, including bonuses, deferred awards, and one-time payments.
  4. Maintain data integrity across compensation database and HRIS system.
Requirements:

The successful candidate will have required experience with US payroll, preferably NY, and be Excel savvy.

Additional requirements include at least 2 years of experience and the ability to provide coverage to current payroll processor when out of office.
