Responsibilities include task and workflow management, project and process management, and serving as the main point of contact for project managers and department heads to align content tasks with business objectives. The successful candidate will be able to track content targets, provide bi-weekly reports, and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage content tasks in ClickUp, ensuring accurate tracking and updates.
- Monitor progress, coordinate with teams, and communicate updates.
- Assign tasks, set clear deadlines, and conduct weekly goal-setting and mid-week check-ins with editors.
Requirements:
- Able to work during EST/EDT hours.
- Near-native English communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across a large team.
- 3+ years of experience in content operations management, editorial coordination, or related roles.
