About the Role

The Customer Experience Advocate will serve as the first point of engagement for our community in critical channels such as Discord and online platforms. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster an engaged and mutually helpful community.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and effective resolution of customer questions and issues through Discord.
