We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Insights Strategist to join our team at Del Monte Philippines. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for transforming consumer and market data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Market Analysis: Conduct market scoping, tracking, and analysis to ensure the company is equipped with the right Market Research tools and analysis to inform decision-making.
- New Product Qualification: Support the R&D and Marketing teams in NPI work through relevant and timely research that measures potential and assesses market performance post-launch.
- Consumer Insight Development: Continuously support the Sr. Market Intelligence Manager in leading the Marketing Brand and Customer Marketing Teams in developing and validating insights for consumer and shopper communication.
- Business Operations Management: Drive cost-efficiency for research projects by prioritizing key initiatives and regularly monitoring spending vs. budget.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Minimum of eight years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or a related field.
- Experience in a Research Agency preferable.
- Strong knowledge of research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative.
- Proficient in research tools and platforms, such as Nielsen Discover, survey software, analytics tools, and reporting systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and collaborate across multiple departments.
