As an ISP Provisioning Coordinator, you will be responsible for optimizing leased access circuits and network fiber and facilities infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize leased access circuits and network fiber and facilities infrastructure.
  • Streamline vendor and circuit management tasks using Access Service Request (ASR) ordering experience.
  • Ensure accurate reflection of Vendor/Circuit information in database/spreadsheet.
  • Update documents and database on circuit information.
  • Cross reference circuit information into database.
  • Update Facility Operator information and Vendor Location data.
  • Create reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
  • Assist with integrations and ad-hoc requests.
  • Forecast and report against financial targets and project goals.
  • Collaborate with project manager in optimization of projects.

Requirements

  • Experience placing ASR circuit orders with LECs and coordinating circuit grooms.
  • In-depth understanding of telecommunications service life cycle and data correlation.
  • Experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Type II / Off-net ordering systems.
  • Experience in Access Planning, Circuit Design, or Billing Reconciliation.
  • Data reconciliation through database access and reporting.
  • Vendor billing reconciliation and dispute identification.
  • Experience in Cost / Benefit Analysis, and Ad Hoc Reporting as needed.
  • SONET, DS3/DS1, Layer 2 and Layer 3 networks.
  • Amenability to work on site & on night shift.
