Job Role

As a verification support specialist, you will play a key part in verifying submitted leads for a luxury brand.

You will be responsible for contacting submitted leads to confirm their interest, forwarding qualified inquiries to the appropriate retailer, and accurately updating and categorizing leads in the system.

You will also securely handle customers' sensitive information, apply customer service best practices, and maintain knowledge of our client's products and services.

Requirements
  • Fluent German and English (C1 written and spoken for both languages is required)
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Marketing
  • Hands-on experience communicating with and following up on leads
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
