We are looking for an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain cloud services, including Azure Entra ID, IAM, Security Groups, Enterprise App SSO configurations, Monitor, Log Analytics, and alert/action group tuning, Windows/Linux server management, configuration, performance, and in-depth troubleshooting.
  • Implement and support hybrid environments, including Active Directory, VMware vSphere, SAN/NAS, and cloud storage operations.
  • Develop and execute RMM and patching workflows, involving patch orchestration and remote support utilities.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft cloud-focused infrastructure roles.
  • Extensive knowledge of VMware vSphere and hybrid storage environments.
  • Experience working in regulated client environments, such as GxP or CFR Part 11.
  • Familiarity with ITIL-aligned service workflows (incident, change, problem).
  • Strong understanding of the principle of least privilege and security best practices.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and project-capable individual.
