Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
  • Develop hiring strategies to meet business needs.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work culture that aims to achieve harmonious relationships among employees, as well as collaborative connections between Management and employees.
  • Implement employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance morale and efficiency.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies in alignment with labor laws and company guidelines.

Performance Management:

  • Oversee performance evaluations, provide coaching to managers as necessary, and support employee development initiatives.

Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills, personality, and leadership development.
  • Collaborate with Management regarding salary structuring and benefits administration to ensure competitive and fair compensation.

HR Strategy & Process Improvement:

  • Analyze HR metrics, recommend improvements, and contribute to organizational development strategies.
