Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Solution Design
    1. Analyze business requirements and design a solution utilizing data science techniques, AI algorithms, machine learning models, and cloud services to address pain points.
    2. Design AI algorithms and machine learning systems in areas such as Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Sound Processing, Anomaly Detection, and Forecasting.
  2. Technical Leadership
    1. Explore new technologies and cascade their usage to other team members.
    2. Convert solution designs into low-level task breakdowns for developer teams.
    3. Estimate tasks considering possible risks that may extend development.
    4. Review outputs of team members and ensure they follow best practices.
    5. Help resolve technical issues faced by team members using critical thinking.
  3. Development of Data Science and AI/ML Solutions
    1. Develop AI algorithms and train machine learning models, including deep learning models, for classification, regression, forecasting, and anomaly detection.
    2. Analyze datasets for advanced analytics and machine learning systems, including visualization of datasets.
    3. Perform exploratory analysis on datasets using advanced analytics techniques.
    4. Evaluate AI and ML solutions to assess performance.
    5. Deploy models and algorithms using cloud deployment technologies.

Qualifications:

  1. At least 4 years of experience in developing advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning solutions.
  2. At least 1 year of experience leading a team of data scientists and/or AI/ML engineers.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Hard Sciences, Engineering, or related field with proficiency in Python programming and cloud services.
  4. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
