Community Builder

As a strategic and forward-thinking Community Builder, you will be responsible for cultivating and growing an active community of digital marketers.

The successful candidate will lead community efforts across multiple platforms, creating a space where digital marketers connect, learn, and grow together.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and Scale the Community: Develop and execute a content and engagement strategy tailored to digital marketers, utilizing platforms such as Discord, Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Content Creation and Moderation: Foster meaningful engagement by initiating conversations, responding to inquiries, and amplifying user-generated content while ensuring a positive, inclusive, and spam-free environment.
  • Analytics and Growth: Analyze growth and engagement metrics, continuously iterating based on feedback and performance to ensure the community's success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and CEO to align community-building efforts with brand positioning and campaign initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in community management or similar roles.
  • Proven track record of growing online communities from less than 1,000 to 10,000+ members—ideally in marketing, tech, or creator spaces.
  • Hands-on experience managing communities on Discord, Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn (other platforms a plus).
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, lingo, and challenges—bonus if you're already part of relevant communities.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills; able to connect with audiences in a friendly yet professional tone.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide community strategies.
