Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a comprehensive project plan with clear milestones
  • Collaborating with IT, Site Facilities, Finance, and vendor teams for asset inventory and disposal preparation
  • Coordinating with approved IT Asset Disposal vendors to ensure compliance with data security and recycling standards
  • Overseeing secure data destruction (e.g., wiping or shredding) before disposal and maintaining records of certificates of destruction and compliance
  • Tracking disposal progress and resolving any issues promptly
  • Providing updates on project status to stakeholders and submitting final reports with disposal records and financial summaries

Deliverables: A detailed asset inventory for disposal, certificates of data destruction and recycling, and a final project report.
