In this role, you will be responsible for driving Agile adoption and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation in our software development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Coach team members in Agile principles and practices to enhance their productivity and efficiency
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members
  • Work with product owners to prioritize backlogs and manage new requests
  • Identify and resolve conflicts and obstacles that impede project progress
  • Develop and implement processes to enhance team productivity and efficiency
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint
  • Mentor development teams to adopt best practices and improve their Scrum maturity

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Scrum Master or similar role is essential
  • Familiarity with software development and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques, artifacts, and tools (definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
  • Good understanding of other Agile frameworks (SAFe, XP, etc.)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to facilitate effective team collaboration
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • Scrum Master certification is highly desirable
