Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all digital content, including copy, imagery, video, voice, editing, uploading, and reporting.
  • Create engaging and trend-driven content that resonates with our audience.
  • Monitor media, social, and pop culture for relevant stories and trends.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic and engagement using SEO, SEM, email marketing, affiliates, and social media.
  • Optimise the online customer journey to increase conversion through personalisation and content refinement.
  • Conduct in-depth traffic analysis and research to identify new opportunities for content growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, influencers, industry experts, and business partners to achieve common goals.
  • Manage promotional and seasonal campaigns, ensuring timely and on-brand content delivery.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role within a digital, content, or lifestyle company.
  • Strong understanding of long customer journeys and community building.
  • Proven expertise across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
  • Expert knowledge of digital and social organic search, Google Ads, affiliates, and display advertising.
  • Understanding of omni-channel environments, including website, CRM, social media, and advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrated success in driving online traffic and community growth.
  • Proactive, creative, and results-driven with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to think outside the box and deliver innovative solutions.
