Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our content creation unit, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of digital content strategies.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Image Enhancement: Resize and optimize images for web and EDMs (newsletters) to meet brand and performance specifications.
  • Content Upload and Formatting: Upload and format content (articles, products, news, events) into the CMS.
  • SEO Optimization: Optimise web content for SEO (including meta titles, descriptions, and tags).
  • Content Creation: Write and edit short-form digital content based on briefs or repurposed source material.
  • Maintenance and Quality Assurance: Assist with maintaining accuracy and consistency across website listings and conduct basic QA checks before content goes live.
  • Requirements:
  • CMS Experience: Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Strapi, or similar)
  • Image Editing Skills: Intermediate to strong image editing skills using Photoshop
  • SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of on-page SEO best practices
  • Language Skills: Strong written English and attention to detail
  • Brief Adherence: Ability to follow briefs and standard operating procedures
  • Prior Experience: Previous experience in content publishing or digital production (preferred)
  • Reliability: Reliable internet connection and ability to work to deadlines across time zones
