Visual Designer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Visual Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing visually stunning and impactful creative work. They will be responsible for producing designs from brief through to completion, providing new ideas and creativity while working closely with client brand guidelines.

The successful candidate will produce designs to exacting standards, positively influencing clients with their creative input, and undertaking and pitching new creative concepts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing beautiful and innovative designs for client channels.
  • Responsible for the full design lifecycle from concept to execution.
  • Developing a deep understanding of target audiences and the client's marketing strategy to deliver high-quality results that have an instant, positive impact on the consumer.
  • Pitching creative solutions in response to marketing strategies.
  • Overseeing and managing the preparation of all finished files to comply with correct output specifications.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • A passion for design and conception.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with a digital agency.
  • Deep affinity with layout, typography, and idea generation.
  • Ability to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion.
  • Consistent record of taking on, interpreting, and delivering design projects within agreed deadlines.
