Job Description:

  1. Key Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders to ensure global HR strategy is localised and compliant with local laws.
  2. HR Process Support: Deliver HR processes, policies, and procedures in the region across the entire employee life cycle.
  3. Employee Issue Resolution: Serve as the main point of contact for any employee-related issues and be involved in people issue consultations, culture management, program rollouts, training, and change management.
  4. Risk Management: Actively identify gaps and propose necessary changes to cover risks.
  5. Compensation Package: Develop an attractive and well-rounded compensation and benefits package for all roles in the organisation.
  6. Time Management: Ensure timely processing of leave and attendance records.
  7. Payroll Coordination: Manage payroll processes end-to-end and coordinate with internal accounts, payroll-related vendors, and government agencies.
  8. Employee Engagement: Look after employee relations, performance management, and career development policies, training, and processes.
  9. Laws and Regulations: Ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations and implement best practices.
  10. Government Queries: Manage and comply with audit and compliance queries from government agencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in psychology, HR Management, Behavioural Science, or related courses (master's is a plus) and 5+ years of HR experience in tech or IT SMB companies.
