Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of our React applications, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain technical standards, guidelines, and best practices for React development.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers to help them grow in their careers and improve their skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest React trends, technologies, and tools, and apply this knowledge to improve our software products.
  • Work closely with the product management team to understand product requirements and ensure that our software solutions meet the needs of our customers.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in developing mobile applications with React and Node.
  • 4+ years of experience leading and guiding technical teams.
  • Deep expertise in React front-end development.
  • Strong architecting and design skills, with the ability to work directly with end clients.
  • Familiarity with Git and other version control systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
