Lead Fashion Creator

As a seasoned Lead Fashion Creator, you will be responsible for driving original designs, developing patterns, and overseeing production processes. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with talented designers, production teams, and suppliers to bring your design vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative design concepts based on current fashion trends and market needs.
  • Create detailed technical drawings and patterns using CAD software such as Adobe Illustrator or AutoCAD.
  • Select fabrics, embellishments, color, and style for each garment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design excellence.
  • Oversee the fitting, adjustments, and final modifications of prototypes.
  • Present design ideas and collections to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fashion design with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as Adobe Illustrator or AutoCAD.
  • Excellent sense of fashion trends, fabrics, and color theory.
  • Strong sketching and illustration skills, attention to detail, and passion for creating high-quality designs.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of pattern making and garment construction.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
