We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Field Sales Execution Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  1. In-store Execution & Merchandising: Ensure that our products are displayed and presented in a way that meets our high standards.
  2. Stock Management & Inventory Control: Accurately track and manage stock levels to meet customer demand and minimize waste.
  3. Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, including retailers and distributors, to drive business growth.
  4. Market Intelligence: Gather insights from the market to inform our sales and marketing strategies.
  5. Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to our sales team to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in FMCG or retail
  • Sales experience in the FMCG industry, particularly with Modern Trade Accounts
  • Strong knowledge of in-store execution practices
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative
  • Proficiency in basic office software (MS Office, Excel) and reporting tools
  • Ability to drive a motorcycle (manual & automatic)
  • Willingness to be assigned in Metro Manila
