Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for eliciting detailed requirements from the business and mapping them against the functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other systems. You will also create functional requirements, estimates, cost/benefit analysis, and functional designs for projects and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit detailed requirements from the business and map them against the functionalities of D365 or other systems.
  • Create functional requirements, estimates, cost/benefit analysis, and functional designs for projects and enhancements.
  • Partner with Product Specialists to advise on Microsoft Dynamics CRM business cases and propose solutions.
  • Review testing requirements, including test plans, test cases, test data, and interface testing between different applications.
  • Work with developers to resolve complex functional issues arising from system testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Provide support to end-users by helping to troubleshoot issues and escalating to appropriate support teams when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have experience with enterprise banking processes and being a product owner. You should also have functional knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, as well as experience in performing gap analysis between business requirements and out-of-the-box functionality. Knowledge of Azure Services and Power Automate is a plus.
