We are seeking an experienced and organized Financial Operations Assistant to join our team at Northacre Builders Corporation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions in the books of accounts, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial reports as necessary.
- Monitor and review advances and liquidations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and organize financial records by properly filing accounting documents.
- Update and maintain the accounting ledger by posting account transactions.
- Enter and update financial transactions in the QuickBooks system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance/Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience as an accounting assistant, preferably in real estate or construction.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and familiarity with BIR Forms and reports.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software used in the real estate and construction industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and its functions.
