Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Training Expert to join our team at TASQ. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions to our voice agents to ensure they possess the necessary communication skills to provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the communication skills of our voice agents.
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and progress.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure that all training requirements are met.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in training voice agents in BPO, preferably in Healthcare Customer Support.
- Excellent communication skills, good grammar foundations, and exposure to American business culture.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to start immediately is preferable but not required.
