About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Representative to drive our sales initiatives.
The successful candidate will focus on identifying new business opportunities and establishing relationships with potential clients to expand our market presence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing brand profiles and welcoming new clients via phone introduction, answering questions, handling objections, and clarifying our value proposition
- Understanding client needs and managing expectations while educating them on our product
- Qualifying the most appropriate plan for each brand and ensuring it is cost-effective
- Salesforce administration, including keeping records up-to-date and setting up communication flows
- Providing insights and feedback to internal stakeholders on common objections
We seek someone with:
- Experience in business development or sales, preferably in technology or SaaS environments
- A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- A results-oriented mindset with ability to meet targets
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to manage leads and track progress
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
