Key Responsibilities
  • Accounting Team Supervision: Lead, manage, and train a team of accountants, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and summaries, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and in accordance with company policies and accounting standards (e.g., GAAP or IFRS).
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with management to develop and maintain the company's annual budget, financial forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
  • Internal Controls: Develop and enforce policies and procedures for financial control and accounting best practices, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Month-End and Year-End Closing: Oversee the monthly and yearly closing processes, ensuring all financial activities are completed and accurately reflected.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all tax laws and regulations, including the timely preparation and filing of corporate taxes and other financial obligations.
