**Technical Support Position**

We are looking for a skilled IT Service Desk Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will work closely with junior technicians to document issues correctly and move tickets to resolution. They will also collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager to handle sensitive situations and ensure customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, working with Office 365 and Active Directory, and translating technical concepts to non-technical users.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide resolutions
  • Assist junior technicians with documentation and ticket resolution
  • Work with the Service Delivery Manager to handle sensitive situations
  • Update documentation platforms

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT as a Service Desk/Help Desk Support
  • CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications
  • Strong technical skills and expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
