At Nityo Infotech Services Philippines, we are seeking an experienced Senior Alfresco Software Engineer to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Alfresco's enterprise content management (ECM) platform. Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Alfresco, a deep understanding of ECM concepts, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Alfresco Platform Administration & Maintenance:
    • Install, configure, and administer the Alfresco Content Services platform (Community and Enterprise versions).
    • Manage upgrades, patches, and performance tuning for Alfresco environments.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and availability issues.
  • Development & Customization:
    • Analyze, design, and develop on the Alfresco platform, optimizing existing system functionalities.
    • Develop custom modules, scripts, workflows, and extensions using Java.
    • Write Java-based services to integrate Alfresco with other systems via APIs or web services (e.g., REST, SOAP).
  • System Integration and Support:
    • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Alfresco with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERPs, CRMs).
    • Provide support for users and stakeholders, handling escalations and debugging issues effectively.
    • Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and backups.
  • Documentation & Best Practices:
    • Maintain technical documentation, installation guides, and configuration playbooks.
    • Establish and promote best practices in Alfresco configuration and development.
  • Training & Mentorship:
    • Provide hands-on training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and technical guidance to engineers and teammates on Alfresco engineering concepts and best practices.
    • Develop training materials and documentation for internal teams to enhance their skills in Alfresco development, configuration, and administration.
    • Foster a collaborative learning environment and encourage continuous improvement.
