Culinary Ambassador

Araneta City (ACI, Inc.) is seeking a skilled Sommelier to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our wine program, including developing and maintaining wine lists, recommending wines to guests, and educating staff on wine knowledge and service techniques.

• The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Sommelier or similar role in a reputable establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of various wines, their regions, and production methods is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

1. Develop and maintain wine lists that meet the needs of our diverse customer base.
2. Recommend wines to guests based on their personal tastes, meal choices, and value for their money.
3. Train staff on wine knowledge and service techniques.
