Cloud Security Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Security Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the security of our cloud infrastructure, including email security and administration.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud security, with experience in managing email security policies, configurations, and monitoring. They should also have expertise in implementing email hardening, whitelisting, and mailbox cleanup best practices.

In addition to email security, the successful applicant will lead cloud security administration, ensuring compliance and security best practices. They will oversee Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) to detect and remediate misconfigurations. The candidate should also implement Cloud Workload Protection Platforms (CWPP) for cloud application security and deploy Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) solutions to protect SaaS applications.

Web & Application Security is another critical area of responsibility. The engineer will manage Web Application Firewall (WAF) to safeguard against web-based threats and oversee digital certificates and encryption management for secure communications.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Minimum 12 years in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years specializing in cloud security.
  • Proven background in on-premise security, network security, or infrastructure security before transitioning to cloud security.
  • Hands-on experience in securing Azure, AWS, or hybrid cloud environments.
  • Expertise in email security solutions, WAF, CSPM, CWPP, CASB, SSE, and digital certificates.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
