About the Role
We're seeking an Entry-Level QA Engineer who shares our values and is eager to learn and grow with our team. Your responsibilities will include assisting in designing and executing manual test cases, actively participating in daily Scrum meetings, and collaborating with developers and product teams to understand software features and testing requirements. If you're a team player with a strong foundation in software testing concepts, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in designing and executing manual test cases under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Actively participate in daily Scrum meetings and contribute to team discussions as part of an Agile/Scrum team.
  • Execute functional, regression, usability, and exploratory tests to identify software defects.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools, ensuring clear and detailed reporting.
  • Learn and apply software testing principles, gradually developing an understanding of industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand software features and testing requirements.
  • Engage in test case reviews, receiving and implementing feedback to improve testing quality.
  • Assist in maintaining test documentation, including test cases, test results, and defect reports.
  • Continuously learn about new testing methodologies, tools, and software development processes.
  • Seek mentorship from senior team members to improve technical and analytical testing skills.
