
HR Administrator Position

Key roles and responsibilities of the position include maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, ensuring day-to-day operations, and acting as the primary point of contact for HR queries.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Data Management & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records, support drafting and issuing compliance documents, and track probation and contract renewal dates.
- Recruitment Support & Onboarding Processes: Schedule interviews, manage ATS updates, and prepare onboarding packs for new hires.
- Employee Experience & Engagement Initiatives: Act as first point of contact for basic HR queries, help organize employee engagement activities, and track engagement data.
- Performance & Development Assistance: Assist with scheduling check-ins, update performance records, and support communication around OKRs and reviews.
- Systems Operations Support: Keep HRIS permissions updated, generate reports, and spot inefficiencies in workflows.
The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience in human resources administration, excellent attention to detail, and comfort handling confidential information. The desirable candidate has exposure to legal or consultancy environments and experience supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
