Job Purpose:

We are seeking a Product Development Head to lead our team in driving business growth through strategic product development.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company's product portfolio, focusing on market needs and aligning with overall business objectives.

  • Evaluate insurance product proposals from providers to ensure alignment with company goals and market requirements.

  • Oversee the submission of company documents/requirements to insurance providers, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

  • Validate documents received from insurance providers, ensuring adherence to company requirements.

  • Provide regular updates on pipeline progress and platform performance metrics.

  • Deliver strategic market insights and prepare detailed reports to inform decision-making.

  • Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing partners, serving as the primary liaison for partnership-related matters.

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify new distribution channels.

  • Develop and manage product roadmaps and timelines to ensure timely delivery of products within budget.

  • Develop go-to-market plans for new products and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new products and channels to market.

  • Manage key performance indicators to measure success and stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape.
