Operational Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Process Improvement Professional to drive operational excellence across our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing cross-functional processes to increase efficiency, velocity, scalability, and quality.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing lean methodologies and tools, with a strong understanding of process optimization and continuous improvement. Additionally, they will possess excellent facilitation and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Optimization: Improve, Optimize and Standardize Processes to increase efficiency, velocity, scalability, and quality across teams.
  • Lean Thinking: Establish a culture of continuous improvement through effective mechanisms such as training, coaching, and post-mortem facilitation, to promote ongoing learning and optimization.
  • Operational Frameworks: Develop and Maintain Operational Frameworks that enable teams to work consistently, efficiently, and with clarity.
  • Audit & Compliance Support: Support internal and external audits by ensuring processes are properly documented, implemented, and monitored.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on companywide KPIs using dashboards and data insights to evaluate the impact of process improvements and support informed, data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering or Science or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or similar roles, preferably within the IT or software industry.
  • Hands-on experience with lean methodologies and tools (e.g., A3, Root Cause Analysis, Dynamic Work Design, Toyota Production System).
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to gather input, troubleshoot issues, and align diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and design efficient, scalable solutions.
