Product AmbassadorAbout the Role:

The Product Ambassador leads the execution, planning, growth, and sustaining parts of the development lifecycle. They are part of a SCRUM team and play a key role in ensuring a healthy backlog prioritized User Stories, so that the scrum team can continuously detail, develop, implement, and deploy these stories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with the Product Head to provide input on strategy, business direction, and overall product management for the Super App Emerging Industries platform.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks & Projects: Manage various ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned to support business needs.
  • Team Support: Act as an alternate for other team members when required, ensuring smooth workflow in the use case process.
  • Product Reference Materials: Champion the creation and maintenance of essential product reference materials, including product decks, process memos, contracts, trade letters, dashboards, and other product-related assets.
  • Partner Acquisition & Retention: Support Super App - Emerging Industries' partner acquisition and retention by addressing product inquiries, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions, and enhancing the end-to-end partner customer experience.
  • Product Enhancements: Champion product offerings' enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the product development roadmap.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in product or marketing management.
  • Preferably with experience in fintech, banking, eCommerce, or IT industries.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Driven, self-managed, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficient in data analysis and comfortable handling large data sets.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
