Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our key AI projects. As a project manager, you will oversee the execution of complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding customer expectations.

This is a long-term, fully-remote role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

The ideal candidate will have experience in data operations, data science, or AI research, and will be able to demonstrate systematic and analytical problem-solving skills.

You will identify and understand customer business goals and needs, setting up and overseeing project execution to its successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate transparently with peers and stakeholders regarding progress, challenges, and blockers.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate team members to achieve project objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in Project Management: 3+ years of experience in leading complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Data Analysis: Familiarity with excel/spreadsheet functions and data analysis.
  • Technical Skills: Background in computer science or slightly technical.
