About the Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage the full lifecycle of temporary education professionals, including credentialing, background checks, documentation, and compliance with district and state requirements.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage onboarding workflows for contractors, ensuring timely submission of documents and compliance with regulations.
  • Verify state licensure, credentials, and certifications for school personnel, maintaining accurate records in our internal systems and client portals.
  • Coordinate and track background checks, TB tests, fingerprinting, and other pre-employment requirements, liaising with recruiters, account managers, and school district contacts to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct routine audits to ensure contractor files remain compliant throughout assignments, keeping up to date with state-specific school staffing regulations and adjusting processes as needed.

Payroll Support
  • Ensure all contractor information is complete and accurate for payroll processing, reviewing weekly timesheets for completeness and accuracy and flagging discrepancies for resolution.
  • Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payment to contractors, serving as the primary point of contact for pay-related questions.

Client Management
  • Prepare and send client contracts to school district contacts for review and signature, tracking the status of outgoing contracts and following up to ensure timely return.
  • Maintain organized records of signed contracts and related documentation, coordinating with internal teams to ensure contract terms are accurately reflected in billing and compliance workflows.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in an onboarding, compliance, or credentialing role required.
  • Strong knowledge of school district onboarding and credentialing requirements preferred.
