Job Overview

The Administrative Assistant - Retail will provide administrative support to the Business Center Head and ensure the timely completion of tasks related to retail operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office Applications.

Responsibilities:
  • Process Request For Payment (RFPs) such as revolving fund replenishment or reimbursement
  • Manage utility payments on the BOS system including electricity, water, pest control, LPG, and business permits
  • Process on BOS system the billing of truckers, advances to suppliers, and cash advances of retail personnel
  • Consolidate and prepare necessary reports as needed by retail operations
  • Assist the administrative needs of Business Center Head
Qualifications:
  • Must be a graduate of any 4-year course
  • Preferably with experience and knowledge in financial/administrative support/data entry or equivalent
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
