The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, with a focus on organizational development and talent management. They will be able to plan, deliver, and evaluate HR systems and organizational development, as well as knowledge of labor law standards and industrial relations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure alignment of people management processes with organizational objectives
  2. Provide support and advice to all levels of the organization for the successful implementation of company programs
  3. Lead the HR Team in providing appropriate and timely HR services to the organization

Requirements

  • Graduate of Organizational Behavior, Behavioral Science, Psychology, or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in HR at managerial level
  • Strong ability to plan, deliver, and evaluate HR systems and organizational development
  • Knowledgeable in talent retention, development, and succession planning
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with labor law standards and industrial relations
