With a strong analytical mindset and exceptional stakeholder management skills, you will conduct thorough market analysis and feasibility studies to identify new business opportunities.

You will maintain a robust pipeline of potential properties for onboarding and activation, ensuring seamless communication and rollout of key updates across all Business Development teams. Your expertise in driving profitability and maintaining a positive financial performance for the region will be crucial to our success.

Achieving milestones through high-quality property acquisitions and optimizing activation processes by aligning with internal stakeholders are also key responsibilities. You will ensure compliance with agreed contract terms and completeness of property information, protecting company interests while maximizing revenue share.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, or hospitality management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in the hotel management industry.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
