Process employee relations matters, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Assist in recruitment and employment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
Manage benefit processing, ensuring timely and accurate administration.
Conduct performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files and documents.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
At least 6 months of experience in the HR field, with knowledge of MS Excel and its applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office and other HR software applications.
