About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Development Lead to join our team at Knowles Electronics (Philippines) Corporation. As a Product Development Lead, you will be responsible for driving the development of new products, improving existing ones, and ensuring that they meet customer requirements and industry standards.

You will work closely with our process engineering team to develop and implement new manufacturing processes, improve existing ones, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will also be responsible for supporting product development, training engineers and technicians, and preparing capital cost justification and payback analysis reports.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of product design, manufacture, and assembly techniques, as well as experience working with mechanical fixtures and tooling prints. You should also be able to work effectively on a team, influence and negotiate with others, and communicate complex ideas clearly.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the development of new products and improve existing ones
