Chief Ethics and Compliance Director

We are seeking an accomplished Compliance Officer to lead our client's ethics and compliance program. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and enforcing policies and procedures to ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, fostering a culture of ethics and responsibility within the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Policy Development: Create, implement, and maintain comprehensive policies and procedures to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry guidelines.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor compliance with established policies and procedures, identifying and addressing potential compliance issues.
  • Regulatory Affairs: Oversee the timely submission and renewal of necessary regulatory authorities.
  • Investigations: Lead or assist in investigations related to compliance issues, allegations of misconduct, or potential breaches, gathering and analyzing evidence and preparing detailed reports.
  • Staying Current: Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices affecting the healthcare industry, providing regular updates to management and relevant departments on new requirements.
  • Liaison with Regulatory Agencies: Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and compliance with regulatory requests.
  • Culture of Compliance: Foster a strong culture of compliance throughout the organization, offering guidance on compliance matters to all levels of staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • No less than 5 years of experience in a compliance role.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing the healthcare sector in the Philippines.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
