We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Engineer to join our team. As a member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our services and resolving customer issues promptly.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Resolve incidents and issues as they arise.
  2. Ensure that raised production tickets are closed within Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  3. Review and assess Service Requests raised by Business and ensure development is within committed schedule.
  4. Act as an alternate Scrum Master whenever the need arises.
