Job Description">

As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to candidates as they progress through the hiring process. This position will manage candidate communication, internal communication with hiring managers, perform video screening interviews following script, ensure integrity of the applicant tracking system, and create a positive candidate experience.

">Responsibilities:">
  • Schedule candidates for interviews while managing calendars and communicating effectively with several hiring managers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Track recruiting activities across the firm and provide consistent feedback to candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and the management team.
  • Create and maintain a great candidate experience through the interview process, from initial outreach to onboarding.
  • Administer recruiting tests and assignments to assess candidates' skills.
  • Maintain data integrity in our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions.
">Requirements:">
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail, follow-up, and follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct various types of interviews (online, phone).
  • Strong and stable internet connection to allow for disruption-free video and audio calls.
  • Quiet environment with a professional background to facilitate video interviews.
